I Don't Have Permission to Set Up My Device

My device is already registered to another user

or

I see an error message saying that the app could not get permission to set up my device

 

Each Kuna Powered Device can only be set up once, under one primary account. Please make sure that this device has not already been set up by another family member or friend, or under a different email address.

If you've already set up your smart security light using a different mobile device, you simply need to log in to the Kuna app using the same email and password, and you will be able to use this security light. No need to set it up a second time.
