Kuna Powered Devices continuously draw from your wall power so that we can provide high-quality video and detection.
We do not recommend installing our products on lights with an automatic timer or dimmer switch - as this will interrupt the power supply and cause your camera to drop offline.
What if the power goes out or the Wi-Fi disconnects?
If your power or Wi-Fi goes out, Kuna’s cloud servers will detect that your device is no longer connected and send you a notification on your phone. All of your existing recordings and settings will be saved.
Once your power or Wi-Fi is restored, your Kuna Powered Device will reconnect automatically and start working again. If your device goes offline and does not reconnect on its own, please follow the steps in this article.
