How Can I View My Recordings?

To view the events that your Kuna Powered camera has captured, open the Kuna mobile app and select Events tab from the bottom toolbar.



Selecting the Events tab will take you to a list of the recordings that your device has captured. You may need to swipe down from the top and refresh the page to see recent recordings.

If you have a premium plan associated with your account, you will be able to see recordings for 7, 14, or 30 days, depending on your plan. If you do not have a premium plan associated with your account, you will be able to view events for two hours before they expire.



Click the selection menu at the top left-hand side of this screen to filter by device name – and your mobile app will display the recorded events for any selected device. Clicking any event will load and play that event within the mobile app. 

Use the Cameras menu at the top of the page to select which Kuna's recordings you want to view. Select an individual recording to view it. From here, you can download it, delete it, or go back to your live feed. IMPORTANT: Once you delete a recording, it cannot be recovered.
