Which Kuna-SE Plan is Right for Me?

The plan that is right for you depends on the number of devices you have under your account. 

 

We offer five tiers of Kuna-SE premium:

  • Essential Security
    • - This plan covers only 1 Kuna device. You can only subscribe to Essential Security if you have one device.
    • - Even with only one device, you may choose to subscribe to one of our higher tier plans for a longer "look-back" window.
    • - If you have more than one device, you will need to sign up for one of our higher tier plans - you cannot sign-up for Essential Security.
  • Peace of Mind
    • - This plan covers up to 4 Kuna devices. You can subscribe to Peace of mind if you have between one and four devices.
    • - Even with only two to four devices, you may choose to subscribe to one of our higher tier plans for a longer "look-back" window.
    • - If you have more than 4 devices, you will need to sign up for one of our higher tier plans - you cannot sign-up for Peace of Mind.
  • Absolute Control
    • - This plan covers up to 8 Kuna devices. You can subscribe to Absolute Control if you have between one and eight devices. 
    • - If you have more than 8 devices, you will need to sign up for one of our higher tier plans - you cannot sign-up for Absolute Control.
  • Absolute Control Plus
    • - This plan covers up to 12 Kuna devices. You can subscribe to Absolute Control Plus if you have between one and 12 devices.
    • - If you have more than 12 devices, you will need to sign up for the Ultimate plan - you cannot sign-up for Absolute Control Plus.
  • Ultimate
    • - This plan covers up to 25 Kuna devices. You can subscribe to Ultimate Control if you have between one and 25 devices.

*All plans come with the option to add 911 dispatch for an additional monthly fee. Subscription to this service may qualify for home insurance discounts, check with your provider.

How do I sign up for a plan?

If I have more than one device, can I still use Essential Security for just one of my devices?

  • No, you will need to sign-up for the plan that covers the number of cameras you own. 

How do I change my plan?

  • - Login at https://kuna-se.kunasystems.com/login using your Kuna-SE app credentials
  • - Select "Change Plan" and choose the new plan that works for you.
  • - We will prorate your coverage, meaning, any remaining balance on your existing plan will be applied to your upgrade. 

How do I cancel my plan?

While we hate to see you go, cancelling is just as easy as signing up. 

  • - Login at https://kuna-se.kunasystems.com/login using your Kuna-SE app credentials.
  • - Select "Cancel Plan" and follow the prompts to proceed with cancellation.
  • - You will receive a prorated refund for any remaining time on your plan.

What if I have devices under both Kuna and Kuna-SE? Do I need more than one plan?

  • For now, your existing Kuna plan will cover both your Kuna cameras and your Kuna-SE cameras.
  • However, in the coming months we do plan to migrate all Kuna cameras over to the Kuna-SE app to simplify your access.
  • As long as you use the same email address in the Kuna-SE app, your Kuna premium plan will be migrated over from Kuna to Kuna-SE as well.
