Kuna safely stores every captured event in our secure cloud, allowing for uninterrupted video in the case of network connection issues. Our optional Premium Plans provide a simple and secure way to automatically store captured events for up to 30 days.
When someone is at your door, your Kuna Device stars recording up to 2 minutes of footage (as long as there is motion) that is stored on our secure cloud. You can access this footage from the Events tab of the Kuna App, and you can save, share or download any or your recordings. Your ability to download and save recordings may have some limits, depending on whether or not you have a Premium Plan.
