Important Security Updates for Your Kuna App

This email was sent to all Kuna app users on Wednesday, July 16, 2021.
Dear Kuna Family,
Our newest app release contains some important security updates. If you haven’t already, please check to make sure you’re using the latest version. The new app is 2.9.0(217) for iOS devices (iOS 13.0 and above), and 2.8.3(191) for Android devices (Android 6.0/Marshmallow and above). You can check your app version by going to the app’s Account page, selecting “Get Help”, and scrolling down to the About section.

Like many companies, we are following the federal government’s lead by boosting our internal security protocols. Due to an uptick in security incidents nationwide, protecting your account is more important than ever.
In addition to updating your app, please make sure you’re using a secure password for your Kuna App Account. Ideally, you should use a strong password that’s unique to Kuna. Strong passwords typically have a combination of upper and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
