How Does My 6-Month Free Trial Work?

The Maximus Smart Security Light is now available at Costco and Costco Canada! In addition to the 14-day free trial of Kuna Premium, all Maximus Coach Smart Security Lights that ship to Costco include a 6-month coupon for the Absolute Control Annual Premium Plan. Maximus Camera Floodlights in Costco Canada stores also include a coupon.

Can I use my coupon code to sign up for any Premium Plan?

The coupon code will give you 6 months of Absolute Control (our top-tier Premium Plan), absolutely free! You will not be prompted to sign up for a plan or enter credit card information when you enter the coupon code. If you wish, you can log in to my.getkuna.com with your Kuna App Account to sign up for an official Premium Plan. You can do this at any time during the trial, and you'll still get 6 months free!

I already have a Kuna Premium Plan. How do I use the coupon?

Simply log in to my.getkuna.com with your Kuna App Account and apply the coupon code! Your existing plan will be put on hold while the free trial of Absolute Control is active.

I lost my coupon code, or my code does not work!

If you lost your coupon code, or you're seeing an error message when you attempt to use your coupon, please contact Kuna Support. We're happy to help! Please have your proof of purchase ready when you reach out to us.

I bought 2 or more lights from Costco. Can I combine my coupons?

Only one coupon can be applied to a Kuna App Account at a time. If you already have a coupon activated, and you enter a new one, it will override the existing coupon and start the 6-month trial again.

I didn't buy my lights from Costco. Can I still get 6 months free?

The 6-month free trial is a limited-time exclusive offer for purchases at Costco. It does not apply to lights bought from other stores or sales channels. If you're looking for a deal, you can always sign up for our newsletter at getkuna.com, so you'll be the first to know about new promotions!

My coupon says the 14-day lookback is always free. What does that mean?

Some of our lights were shipped with a placeholder version of the coupon that contained incorrect information. The coupons do correctly say a 2-hour lookback is free, but also illogically say a 14-day lookback is free. We apologize for the inconvenience, and this has since been corrected.
