INTERNAL: User Can't Turn the Alarm Off

We've discovered a rare bug that won't allow your alarm to switch off after use. This only occurs with older versions of the firmware. If this occurs, please try the following troubleshooting tips to solve the issue:

Turn on the light. The alarm will turn on. Once the status LED on the light is blue, you should be able to go into the app and disable the alarm.

If you are unable to disable the alarm using the above method, it will turn off after 100 play-throughs of the sound. However (and this is the bug), the app will still believe that the alarm is in the "active" state. You'll need to still go into the app and press the alarm button so that this doesn't happen again at startup.

We believe that the bug is due to the alarm having been turned on previously, and then running until it shuts itself off without correctly resetting itself. Again, this has been fixed, so please make sure your firmware is up to date.
