I get an error saying I should reboot my device
My device does not respond after 30 seconds
Turn off power to Kuna Powered Device off, wait 10 seconds, then turn the power back on and wait for the red LED to start blinking. If your device still does not respond, there may be an issue with Bluetooth on your mobile device. Please try rebooting your mobile device.
My device does not say "system initializing" during setup
If you have just received your Kuna Powered Device, it may not speak during setup. If it has previously spoken during setup, then there is an issue with your Bluetooth and you should try rebooting your phone.
