I Can't Find My Device in the Setup Screen

I have only one device, but I see many show up in the list

This is an error on an early version of the Android app. Please update your Android app to the latest version by going to www.getkuna.com/app on your Android device.

 

I do not see any devices show up in the list

Kuna uses Bluetooth LE (otherwise known as Bluetooth 4) for setup. You'll need to be within 5 feet of the device you're trying to set up, and have Bluetooth turned on, on your phone. If this still happens, try rebooting your phone and launching the Kuna app again.
