IMPORTANT: When you get to the shipping screen, please click Submit and wait for the pop-up message confirming that your return has been processed. This will ensure that your return label is generated correctly.

If you select "I will ship item myself", we cannot compensate you for the return shipping cost. We also cannot process a refund for your purchase without a valid tracking number.
