Kuna experienced a server issue at approximately 11 a.m. Pacific Time this morning. Our engineering team became aware of the issue as soon as it happened and began working to fix it. If you had problems connecting to your camera or using an app feature around this time, this is most likely why.
All cameras should now be back up and running! If your Smart Security Light or Toucan camera still has a flashing green or flashing yellow LED, please power cycle it (by turning the power off, waiting at least 10 seconds, then turning the power back on). This should clear out any lingering issues.
