Will the Kuna App Work With My Mobile Device?

Before you install your Kuna Powered Device, check to make sure you're using a compatible smartphone or tablet!

The newest version of the Kuna mobile app supports all iOS devices running iOS11 and above, as long as they have Bluetooth 4 capability, and all Android devices supporting Bluetooth LE and Android 5.0 and above (Lollipop). 

 

What if I have an older version of the Kuna app?

The legacy version of the Kuna mobile app supports all iOS devices running iOS7 and above (iPhone 4S and above and iPads enabled with Bluetooth 4 capability) and Android devices supporting Bluetooth LE and Android 4.4 and above (Kit Kat).

If you are using the older version of the Kuna mobile app, your basic features will continue to work, but you will not have access to newly released features.

 

Is there a desktop viewer or web viewer for Kuna?

We currently do not have desktop or web version of Kuna, but this is something the product team is evaluating. We hope to make Kuna even more accessible in the future!
